* According to the original Periphery Sourcebook, the STG-3R Stinger is produced here as well, providing the Concordat with a third Stinger factory. I added the armor and machine gun production lines for this 'Mech.
* Both of the other Stinger factories have been upgraded to build the 5R Stinger and most Taurian Stingers have been upgraded as well. Therefore, it makes sense that the Illiushin factory would be upgraded to build them as well. MP
* Since the armor and machine guns for the new Stinger are no longer needed for the new Stingers, VMI would be a bit put off. However, the new Stinger, Locust, and Wasp being produced in the Taurian Concordat all use Rocket Launchers, and VMI has built missile racks for a long time. It makes sense that they would begin building Rocket Launchers to replace the business lost for the armor and machine guns, so I swapped them.

* According to the Technical Readout Phoenix the LCT-5V and the STG-5R are built in the TC, with the Stinger noted as being here. I'm assuming that the factory was upgraded for the new Locust as well, and that in both cases they replaced the old construction. Also, the new Stinger uses Rawlings 52 Jump Jets instead of the old Chilton 360 Jump Jets, so I replaced the Chilton with the Rawlings here since PPL has been building them on Perdition for its Wasps for centuries.
